As part of Ayala Land Premier’s continuous commitment to product quality and distinctive living experiences, standard to the East Tower at One Serendra towers are prime finishes of engineered oak plank flooring and homogenous tiles, European bathroom and kitchen fixtures, and European-grade cabinetry.
Engineered flooring is made up of multiple layers of wood— hardwood, plywood or HDF, and a top layer of hardwood. It possesses the look and natural characteristics of natural wood, but designed to be much more stable and sturdy—withstanding moisture and heat better. This material is also more environmentally sensitive.
Homogenous tile is made from fine-grain clay and minerals. Due to a unique manufacturing process, the color and pattern on the surface applies through the entire thickness of the tile, making it virtually impervious to wear. It is also dense, finegrained, and smooth. Thus, it is highly suitable in light- to heavy-traffic areas in residential developments, and has a lower water absorption rate.
